Warning: Potential Spoilers Ahead!
Ahh, Matt Ringel and Red 5 are dipping their toes into the Gods of old to create a tale of their own and in the 1980s of New York no less! Certain Gods/Goddesses have been cast out from their Heavenly Heavens for unknown reasons (probably cause of being jerks who need to learn a lesson) to live on Earth for however long. Naturally, we first get introduced to the few Greek Gods who are stuck on Earth and big daddy Zeus is doing things his way and not necessarily wanting to listen but wants everyone else to listen to him. Otherwise, things might get a little unpleasant! Guy’s really gotta stop that! Of course, what Apollo is doing is cause for concern so its understandable ol’ Zeus isn’t enthused since it could mean a lot of trouble for him and the rest of the Gods/Goddesses on Earth.
And honestly, who likes potential trouble? Well, aside from trouble makers anyway like Odin and his bunch! Which… the Norse Pantheon as a Biker MC… I like it!
Biker Culture has clearly had an influence on Odin for that matter and its just fun to see and I hope we see more of it in the future. We’ve also got Humans involved, namely Casper Clay. Who is something of a servant to Zeus and that probably comes with some perks. At least it did until an unfortunate event happens to Zeus and how its pulled off in the manner it is and who is behind it is a mystery. Gotta love those! I’m curious to how Casper is gonna go about solving this despite being told to not involve himself and that’s bound to anger a few folks! I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I really enjoy takes on the various Pantheons and this is definitely going to be among those I’ll enjoy. It should also be noted that Fallen has had several successful Kickstarters with the first issue having been released last month and issue 2 out on the 22nd of this month. So don’t miss out, folks!
